Our Mission

We are a leadership program designed to build life skills and strong support structures to motivated girls who are ready to explore who they are and discover how they can develop into strong young women who lead and positively contribute to society and give back to their community.

What We Do

Megandi’s Dream offers a series of interactive experiences including workshops, seminars and conferences for middle-school and high-school aged girls, with a particular focus on minority girls and their parents.  Girls will be part of an environment where teamwork, peer support and role-modeling, as well as creative expression, problem solving, and leadership are exemplified and encouraged. Parents will also participate in separate sessions and explore best practices in parenting skills. Each session will feature a speaker that will address a specific topic.
